Refund policy
Returns
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 21 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at return@venniernails.com with your order number and specify the products you wish to return. We will then send you the return label via email. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs: €6.95 within Germany; €9.95 from other EU countries. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at return@venniernails.com.
