Thank you for choosing Vennier! We strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below for important information on shipping terms and estimated delivery timelines.
What are the shipping costs for standard delivery?
Shipping within Germany
- Free shipping for orders over €57.
- For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €5.95.
Shipping to other EU countries
- Free shipping for orders over €98.
- For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €13.95.
What about the emissions from shipping?
We use DHL GoGreen for standard shipping, which means the shipping is carbon neutral. All generated emissions are offset.
Unfortunately, this option is not available for express shipping or shipments outside the EU.
Where does Vennier ship to?
We ship to all EU member states.*
If you would like your products delivered to another country, please contact us, and we will check if it is possible.

Does Vennier ship to DHL Packstations?
Yes! Please ensure you correctly enter your Packstation details during the checkout process.
Please note that shipping to Packstations outside Germany is not available for express deliveries.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
Most Press-Ons are shipped within two business days after your order.
Press-Ons from the 3D category are made-to-order in our studios. Therefore, we aim to ship them within 5–8 business days after your order.
If your order includes both non-3D Press-Ons and 3D Press-Ons, the entire order will be shipped together once the 3D Press-Ons are ready.
If you would like the non-3D Press-Ons to be shipped earlier, please contact us at contact@venniernails.com — we’re happy to find a solution with you.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier (DHL GoGreen), delivery usually takes:
- 2–4 business days within Germany
- 3–5 business days to other EU countries
Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date. Please note that Saturdays and public holidays are not considered business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high shipping volume (e.g., during the holiday season).
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct. Typos and incomplete addresses are the most common causes of delivery issues and delays.
